You may request a return within 45 days of receiving your order if you purchased the product directly from the official HearStory website.

Approved returns that meet the conditions below are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.

If your return request is approved, HearStory will send you return instructions and a return label. Please do not send items back before receiving these instructions.
